Selection of Schools

MPA’s guiding principle is to “work with the willing.” Our target schools were selected based on the following criteria:

  • Only quintile 1- 3 schools (These are schools that serve the lower income areas);
  • Strong leadership;
  • Strong School Governing Bodies;
  • Commitment to the programme; and
  • School appearance and maintenance.
