Mr. Njeke is the Executive Chairman of Silver Unicorn Coal and Minerals (Pty) Limited.
He is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Boards of Clicks Group Limited and Motus Holdings Limited, a Non-Executive Director of Datatec Limited and MAZIV (Ply) Limited, and the Chairman and Trustee of the Hollard Foundation Trust.
Mr. Njeke was a Partner at PwC from 1990 to 1994.
He co-founded Kagiso Trust Investments (Pty) Limited, a Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment company with the late Mr Eric Molobi. He served as Group Managing Director until his resignation in 2010.
He previously served on the Board of Momentum Limited Group and Sasol Limited, where he was a member of its Audit Committee.
He is a past chairman of the SA Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of its Education Committee. He also served on the Council of the University of Johannesburg and chaired its audit committee.
He served as a Member of the Katz Commission of Inquiry into Taxation in South Africa, the General Committee of the JSE Limited, the Audit Commission – Supervisory Body of the Office of the Auditor General, the Audit Committee of National Treasury and the Editorial Board of the Journal of Accounting Research.
